Wales is a country in the United Kingdom, right next to England. From England you can take a ferry or a train across the channel to France. France is a country next to Germany. A lot of people think Germany is synonymus with Bavaria and everyone wears Lederhosen and listens to oom-pah music. In addition to oom-pah music The Hoff is allegedly very popular in Germany, which cleverly links us to David Hasselhoff and Jump in my Car.

Stones in the form of standing stones is something you might find in a stone circle. An example of a famous stone circle is Avebury in Wiltshire. Avebury is quite close to Swindon. Cars often drive on motorways, which are called Autobahn in Germany. Autobahn is a song by Kraftwerk. Kraftwerk is the German word for Power Station. John Power used to play in a band called Cast. Cast came from Liverpool. Liverpool is quite close to Manchester in England. The late Stuart Adamson was born in Manchester.
